Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram star was born at the 15th of August in 1994 USA. Ashley doesn't talk much about her parents, however she does credit her father as being the one who inspired her to work to get fit. His grandfather was an avid bodybuilder in the years they were in their 20s and early 30s. Ashley began to exercise physically at a young age. She started lessons in swimming at the age of four old, and continued for another 10 years. She participated in numerous events, but was never dedicated enough since she wasn't prepared to go on a strict diet so that her body could give its maximum. It is believed that she was popular in high school due to her attractive looks and curvy body. But, it's not certain if Ashley was a lover at the time. Ashley decided to focus her efforts on becoming a fitness model and modeling model following having graduated. Ashley discovered that she didn't like the way her body looked at the age of 15. Her grandfather encouraged her to go to the gym. However, she heeded the advice of her grandfather to start slow. Little did she know that she would spend nine years working on her physique before becoming an fitness icon. Inspired by her success Ashley entered the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. When she competed in the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships where she placed seventh. was enthused by what she considered was an undeserved defeat, and decided to continue training even more. In the aftermath of winning fifth at the 2014 WBFF World Championships, Ashley took the decision to end her competition. There were offers to do photographs while she competed, but didn't want to mix up her jobs, but when she stopped competing she decided to go on to be an exercise model. After being featured in the first page of a renowned fitness magazine, she was soon able to start her career as a fitness model and model. In the years since, she has been a sought-after model. She has been featured in various bikini and clothing companies and has been featured in the front cover of a popular fitness magazine.
